Group Campus Visit Request Form

Please complete the form below to request an On Campus Visit.

Thank you for your interest in visiting Olin College of Engineering! Our standard offering for group visits is a one-hour tour led by a current Olin student. Other options can be added if resources allow.

If you’re requesting a tour more than two months in advance, please be aware there may be a delay in scheduling, as we rely on our student tour guides to work around their academics.

Our tour seasons are September through November, March through May, and June through August. We cannot guarantee an accommodation for a group visit outside of these times.

How many guests in your group?
(If your group is > 20, we may provide two tour guides - if available - and split the group in half.)

If your schedule allows you to join one of our regularly scheduled visits, you're encouraged to select one of these for your group. These typically include an information session in addition to a tour.

Please provide your preferred date(s) and times for your campus visit.
We will do our best to find an available student tour guide. Olin College is closed on all U.S. postal holidays.

If needed you may use this space to tell us more about your group or to share any specific knowledge of Olin that you hope to gain during your visit.

After submission we will be in contact regarding your request - to ask for more information if needed, and to start the process of finding an available student tour guide.

For scheduled groups of prospective students, we will ask for their name, date of birth, email, planned college entry term, high school and CEEB code before your visit.
